Healthcare Records Management Training

Learn the principles of effective record management, comply with current legislation and improve your efficiency

The Irish health sectors possess and control the largest set of health and personal information data in the country. Under current data law, all information gathered by the health sector MUST comply with regulatory legislation, including the full and proper procedure in Data Protection compliance, Freedom of Information, as well as the National Hospitals’ standards and Code of Practice process. Effective management of such information, as well as regular information updates,  is a legal requirement to ensure the efficient operation and delivery of a high-quality service to patients.

We will train you in the key principles of effective records management, teach you how to comply correctly with current legislation and help you improve your record management systems, policies and practice.

The course will be delivered by highly regarded trainers in this area, with a wealth of experience in both the legal and practical side of effective records management. What makes this training course exclusive and unique to DeeQue Limited is the opportunity we give you as a delegate, to bring a copy of your current medical records policy with you on the training day. We can then be specific and give you practical and specific information and guidelines on your particular process and how to improve the management of your medical records. If you are engaged in records management, as team leader, executive or even with indirect responsibility, this training course will help you get better results and achieve proper compliance.  It helps organisations get started on the General Data Protection Regulation journey and helps them assess where they are currently.
