Dorothy Quinn, DeeQue Limited


Dorothy Quinn is Managing Director of DeeQue Limited, a leading healthcare information and records management consultancy firm in Ireland and the UK.  Dorothy has extensive experience in the design and implementation of healthcare records management programmes for the healthcare sector.  She is well versed in the issues involved in matching best practice and international standards with the practical realities faced on the ground.  Dorothy is also an experienced trainer, having designed and delivered training courses to large public sector clients. 


She has held the position of Chairman of the Information and Records Management Society (Ireland Group) from 2011 to 2013.  Dorothy was awarded Network Limerick Business Woman (Entrepreneur) of the Year 2012-2013 and Network Ireland Business Woman of the Year 2008-2009 as well as being elected president of Network Limerick in 2009.  A lifelong learner as she holds a Masters Information and Records Management and a certificate in Information Governance.  Dorothy has worked for over 17 years in the Information and Records Management Industry in various roles namely with Iron Mountain, Archives Consulting Services and Glenbeigh Records Management.


Kate Colleary, Colleary & Co.


Kate is an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Her experience includes managing large scale data protection projects, (in one case involving over 100,000 documents and sound recordings in compliance with a data subject access request), acting for numerous multi-national clients, managing data protection compliance projects across multiple jurisdictions, advising a number of State Agencies on data protection obligations, advising a telco on data protection and data privacy obligations on its direct marketing campaigns, acting for large financial services companies in relation to data subject access requests and advising on data protection requirements in the context of litigation.




This one day CMG MasterClass will be of particular interest to managers/ supervisors/ team leaders working in healthcare professionals and executives, clinical and non-clinical departments personnel, health service administration, in hospitals and other essentially all healthcare facility sectors.

CMG Professional Training courses take place at our state-of-the-art training facility in the Apex Business Centre situated in the Beacon Quarter of Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18. The CMG Training Centre is accessible by the Luas, (Sandyford line, Stillorgan stop – 6 mins walk) several bus options (the number 11 travels from O Connell Street Dublin and stops directly outside the training centre) and we are situated very close to the M50 at the Beacon Hospital corner. There are several car parks within a three-minute walk from the training centre with very competitive ‘all day’ parking rates and we have a range of coffee shops (including Starbucks) as well as shops and restaurants nearby.

This course costs €345.00 Early Bird Rate (€395.00 normal rate) and includes course documentation and light refreshments. While the course fee does not include lunch, we do provide freshly made sandwiches, Nespresso coffee and a range of teas and fresh juice for those who require a light lunch. Alternatively, you can avail of the local food stores and coffee shops opposite the training centre for hot food or alternative lunch options.
